Come see the beautiful teal and blue-green waters of Hau’ula, where you can find shells of all sizes and run on a wide beach. The tide pools and ponds are similar to natural swimming pools and keep your keiki (children) safe, while you sit on the beach. Take the time to marvel at the waves, enjoy the cool breezes that our coast is known for and recharge your soul.
After a fun-filled day, you will relax in a newly renovated unit, complete with a full kitchen, dishwasher, dedicated washer/dryer, two living areas, plus a spacious bedroom. We have provided two 50” flatscreen, smart - TVs and all the comforts of home.
Then top it off on the roof top to enjoy the sunset and a chilled cocktail.
The neighbors are true Hawaiians that watch over our ohana (family) and community.

LINENS AND TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels available for a fee.

$120 per night, plus 15% (transient tax - 10.25% and general excise tax - 4.712%) for 1 - 5 guests, $25 per night for a sixth person. Maximum 6 guests
Refundable Deposit $275 and Cleaning Deposit $173 (includes taxes)
Additional Cleaning Fees for stays longer than 30 days $173 (includes taxes)
Check-In Time: 3:30pm and Check-Out Time: 10:00am
*Due to COVID, guests are not permitted to check-out and check-in on the same day, a minimum of 24 hours will be given between guests to ensure time for extra cleaning measures
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive 100% refund of amount paid. If cancellation occurs 7 and 14 days before check-in, 50% refund. Anything less than 7 days, no refund
Smoking Is Not Permitted inside. However there will be a designated smoking area for those who may partake in tobacco smoking
Occupancy may not exceed six. Maximum occupancy could include infants and children

“Our experience this past weekend at Hale Nalu was nothing short of fabulous! Literally 2 minutes walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii! Apartment was very spacious, clean (this is my biggest pet peeve especially since COVID) and comfortable for a family of 5. Great parking space for my oversized truck. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to make a variety of home cooked meals. Not to mention the apartment was also fully equipped with all amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. There are eating places and grocery stores literally less than 5 min away in walking distance for those of you who rather dine out. Owner, Kim, and resident manager, Lei, were perfect hosts.
